CONCEPTS Training and Recruiting Services UG as the name sounds is a two faced company that specialised in two things. Training (Trainee Program) and Recruiting (Job Agents- Arbeitsvermittlung) . CONCEPTS Training and Recruiting Services is not a University or Degree awarding certificate institution. It is a company authorized, registered by the District Court Frankfurt Oder (Amtsgerichts Frankfurt Oder ) Handelreistration Number HRB 17333FF, Tax ( Steuernummer) : DE06110704761 und Betrieb Number 86066276 to give Practical Training Experience to students or private individuals.. The Trainee Programs ranges from 4-36 Months depending on individual preferences. Secondly , we are Job Agents (Arbeitsvermittler). Since the creation of the company, we have being assisting Hotels, Restaurants, Caterings, Lager and Logistics, Offices and Homes in providing the best talents to do their Jobs. Our language of communication is English.. The training is a rotational program involving HR; Digital Marketing, Fieldwork (Hotels& Restaurant, Housekeeping and Campus marketing. The purpose of the Traineeship is to enable the Trainee have working experience which will assist them in future Job search.
At the end of the Traineeship duration the Trainee must submit a 5- 10-page written report of all the experience gained or learnt during the practical training. This followed by PowerPoint presentation to the management by the Intern. The interns will receive Internship Certificate , Intercultural Competency Certificate two weeks after the Internship. CONCEPTS Training and Recruiting Services UG is active Member of BAP (lArbeitsvermittlung) and IHK Ostbrandenburg
